GoogleAfter being given blatantly incorrect information from an employee from this company and therefore being left with an unexpected bill, I was greeeted with poor and rude customer service who had no interest in helping the situation or taking responsibility for there employeees mistake. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a stress free experience.

GoogleA lot of delays and inconvenience in major details, and I called the agent refused to speak to me.
Dear Hebatalla, I am sorry you are upset with the move in process. The agent was unable to take your call but she had just emailed you with an update of your move in appointment. Referencing processes have to be completed before any move in can take place. Please contact the office if you would like to discuss this further.
