On the basis of your review, I can see that your deposit was returned to you within the dates set out by the office at the check-out. In addition the only deductions that were made from your deposit were agreed at the check-out appointment. We would like to thank you for your comments regarding our service at the beginning of your tenancy and are sorry to hear that you felt our service was lacking at the end.

GoogleCastle Estates(Nottingham) are the worst letting agency we have ever had to deal with. There are far better ones in Nottingham. We would never use them again or recommend them to anybody. Both landlords & tenants should avoid this company and look elsewhere.
