GoogleI would like to commend the professionalism and patience of Bairstow Eves staff especially Alice Ingram who was the property manager for the house I am currently renting. Things were not straight forward as I had hoped however Alice handled the situation in a friendly yet professional manner. GoogleAfter starting the sale of our house back in October, we have dealt with many of your colleagues. The whole process has been drawn out ( a lot due to Covid 19 ). Then Karen came along. GoogleI have recently rented a property from Bairstow Eves Nottingham and the service was excellent! I would highliy recommend using Bairstow Eves to all of my family and friends and I'll be sure to use their services again. I would like to give a big special mention to Alice Ingram who has delt with all of my enquires, contracts and everything else! She has been very professional, understanding and always willing to help. Furthermore, all of the communication I have received from Alice has been prompt, very clear and really easy to follow. To say I have previously been to university and have used several different letting agents before, I have, by far, received the best customer service from Alice and others from the Bairstow Eves Nottingham team. Finally, I'd like to just say a massive thank you and I can't wait to move in!

GoogleWe came from Hong Kong and we have been looking for a 4 bedroom house for the whole month. A special thanks to Kieran Shaw, a professional, prudent and responsible agent with high efficiency. He relieved our concerns and anxious thoughts by making the tenancy easy and fluent since it’s hard to find a 4 bedroom house for letting. GoogleBairstoweves have provided me with excellent customer service from the moment of applying for my property. I had been looking for several weeks for the right student property for 21-22 to see that they had a few ideal properties that we would love. After getting in contact with them they have been so helpful and I would suggest to use these to any of my friends when looking for student accommodation. Any questions we have had Megan has been very quick with all response’s and been so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.
