Fantastic service from all the staff at Nottingham in particular Lucy Hall, Sophie Buckthorpe, Amy Ashmore and Rebecca Humber. Prior to using Bairstow Eves we had the tenant from hell and unfortunately also the letting agent from hell. We put up with the letting agent for years assuming they were all much the same. How wrong we were! When we approached Bairstow the property was in a sorry state from the previous tenant and we were struggling to get hold of the letting agent let alone get it repaired and ready for rent. From initial contact with Sophie to getting the property repaired including electrics, painting, oven replacement, bathroom repairs, end of tenancy clean, house clearance, safety certificates and new tenants moving in was 6 weeks! I even spoke with Lucy on a Sunday whilst she was trying to cook a Sunday roast for her family. I'm fairly certain that level of service is not in their job descriptions but we were very grateful! Complete opposite of our previous letting agent. I don't normally write reviews so apologies for the essay but credit where credit is due. Faultless service, thank you all very much from Stuart and Liz.

I was searching for my first family accommodation in the UK for almost three months and was practically hopeless because of bitter experiences. I came across a lovely listing at the Rightmove, and it was smooth sailing afterwards. Thanks to Lucy Hall. She is amazingly supportive and cooperative. I sent the enquiry on Feb 23rd, and I moved into my new abode on Mar 10th after completing all the formalities and paperwork. All became possible because of her continuous and on-time support. Recently used Bairstow Eves to sell my property. Katie arrived promptly and addressed all my questions during the initial visit and gave the property what I felt was a fair evaluation. There was lots of interest in the property immediately, probably thanks to the high quality photographs and listing that Bairstow put together. They managed the viewings by booking out 2 block slots to limit the disruption to me during the vast number of viewings. Jake helped during negotiations to help me get the best offer from multiple offers received. After the sale was confirmed, Alice did a fantastic job ensuring that everyone was kept up to date and ensured things kept moving throughout the process. She spoke with both solicitors regularly and was always well spoken and professional when I spoke with her. Have previously also dealt with Bairstow Eves as a tennant when renting in the past, a similar great experience with professionals. Thanks again and highly recommended to sell your property with Bairstow Eves!

Kieran Shaw has tried his best to help us in renting a flat, and even though we were unable to move in at the beginning of the contract, he did not mind doing a lot of follow-up work to inspect the property again before we moved in, and is ready to answer any questions regarding our tenancy contract. As a landlord, I cannot recommend this Bairstow Eves branch strongly enough !! I always use them for appointing new tenants and the drawing up of new contracts. As one would expect from a large well established organisation, their approach is completely professional. However, alongside this, is the warmth and friendliness more often associated with a smaller business. I always enjoy dealing with them when I have a property To Let. They're a real pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. It seems clear to me that they actually enjoy their jobs. Particular thanks to Rebecca - an absolute star !! The fees are reasonable to boot. A wholly positive experience !! 20/10

We truly feel that we had the best possible service from the Nottingham bairstow eves branch. We were well informed at the beginning, had regular check ups, if there was an issue it was dealt with. Booked a viewing for a property on the day it was listed. Viewing was two days later at 2pm. Booked my train ticket the afternoon on the day before the viewing. Was contacted at 9am to be told the viewing had been cancelled and the property was no longer available as they had received a successful application.
