GoogleHad the best experience with Bairstow Eves for finding a student house for 10 of us for next year. They were very helpful and communicated with us quickly so that we could secure the house as soon as possible and reduce the stress of trying to find a second year house. Could not recommend them enough!!

GoogleBe careful when you go with Bairstow Eves Nottingham. They try to cheat in every aspect. My wife has been renting a house from this agency for almost 2 years. When she was extending the last contract she was told by one of the agents that she could leave the house anytime during this period after giving a month notice. Now they are completely denying this and charging her £450 early leaving fees for a £625/month house. They hardly reply emails, rather call the tenant, may be to deny the conversations in future. This is not the end, they often come for viewing without any notice. After informing them several time they repeat the same thing. So, take house from this agency at your own risk!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

She has been relentless with her pursuit in chasing the tenant and has worked tirelessly to reclaim our property, often going above and beyond to ensure we get the right result. Her communication with us as landlords has been outstanding and although we are not quite out of the woods, we know that Amy will see this through to the end. I hope that her managers see this feedback and give her the absolute credit she deserves. We would have been lost without her these last few months. GoogleRubbish service from Jacob, & Lisa. Lisa don’t know nothing when you call yet she sits and answers the calls- good god nothing. Jacob so they call him Jake . He’s lazy and always outside of the shop smoking so never attends to my calls. He can’t even comprehend in taking the correct email down or maybe he can’t read or write too.Rubbish service from both. Will never use them again!!
