GoogleAs a letting agent, absolutely terrible. I have been the guarantor for my son, who has rented from them and it has been one incompetent or careless issue after another. We were even threatened, incorrectly, with legal action, which caused a lot of concern because they didn't listen. If you're looking to rent, I suggest you try another company.

They have taken the time to understand what I want, have founds great properties, not wasted my time by sending me to stuff that wouldn't work for me and have provided really good support through the buying process. Lewis Osborn has been fantastic. Highly recommended.

GoogleAwful service from WHB, no communication, asked to have my property removed from their site in January and still waiting!! Numerous emails, ignored, phone calls not responded to, can’t say if we decide to sell at a later date I would be using these. Shocking

GoogleSpeedy responses from the agents, from initial valuation through to offer stage. Great marketing advice which, as we followed, helped a quick sale. Solicitors are the delaying factor as we move to the end of the process, but all staff we deal with are always friendly and professional. GoogleWe had our viewing with Brian, he showed up late and had conflict with the tenants after they said they were not notified viewings were taking place. After the viewing, he slagged off the current tenants to us and asked for our phones for him to write a 5 star review (that this previously was) because the lads at his office were doing a competition for who could get the most positive reviews.
