GoogleHave dealt with Watsons in aylsham previously, but dealing with the Norwich branch at the moment as moving into a rented accommodation with them. Currently in contact with Georgina & she has been super quick and helpful, getting back to me & all my questions by email within the hour! It’s a pleasure to be able to have that communication & know that things are being dealt with quickly and efficiently!

GoogleIt's terrible to have to deal with them as our estate managers. We've been asking them about a problem we've had for literally years now (not joking - this started June last year) and each time a different person tells us a different resolution for it. Communication is horrible - calls and emails are never responded to even if they are urgent. Would give them a zero star rating if it was possible.
