Whilst I am unable to comment on the survey, as it has not be done yet, I can most certainly comment on the communication...it has been excellent! A huge thankyou to Paul Smith for his help and advice regarding my survey. Paul is very professional and has been extremely kind and helpful, keeping me informed all along. He has answered all my queries, and nothing has been too much trouble for him. I have asked for the Homebuyers Report. I would have preferred to have added the reinstatement figure and valuation, though unfortunately for me, this is £60 extra. Might not be a huge amount but it is when taking all up-front moving fees into account. Once again, thankyou to Paul Smith and Watsons. Moved to Norwich recently and was struggling to find right apartment for my family and myself which has been a good experience until family joined hands with Watsons. I was looking for something suitable considering I have 2 year old. I explained my requirements to Mr Alex Clemmet. Was I glad I picked this wonderful Chartered Surveyor company for my House survey. From beginning to the end Watsons were nothing but consummate professionals. It began with my enquire to Watsons which was handled by Dave Watson who provided a quote which was both timely and very reasonable. Through to Sophie the Customer Services Manager who was brilliant throughout. She was very customer service focused and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Both my husband and I have been very impressed with the staff who have been helping us to rent a property at 37a Cremer Street, Sheringham NR26 8DZ. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have gone out of their way to guide us through the process with great patience, especially as we both have problems with eyesight and find it difficult to use computers.
