On two separate occasions I was promised by representatives that I would be sent a video tour of a property at the time the in person viewings were being conducted. Both times I emailed and called several times in advance including on the day of the viewings. I still didnt receive any video nor an application and missed out on properties I was keen on. Very frustrating and really pathetic service.

So far as a first time buyer I’ve been in contact with most of the agencies in the local area and Pymm&co have been the only ones (especially Maxwell Harrison) to provide a contact that feels human, kind and realistic. I have not yet to purchase a house but I have already told Maxwell that I hope to be able to buy through them. When most other agencies have been robotic, borderline lying (pretending that there was not more space to view houses when refusing to go through their own mortgage product for example), Pymm and Co seem to want the good of their customers and provide a lovely comfort during a time where stress can really make you lose faith and patience. Thank you !

Googlewe’ve recently moved to Norwich from another county and we were supported very well throughout the whole process; Pymm & Co are the only agency that allows us to have a virtual viewing, the others would ask us to attend in person, coming from over 2hrs away.
