GoogleFrom the moment I rang and Leon picked up the phone, through to Simon's expertise in valuing my property and Jack's friendly showing round of prospective buyers, I knew I had picked the right Estate Agent. And then I sold and Amber took over and was I blessed. She guided me through a very difficult house sale with efficiency and compassion. I always felt fully supported as she worked through all the problems as the sale proceeded, dealing with one difficulty after another. I cannot rate this firm highly enough.

I would like to share my experience, that was disgusting. I had a problem with a neighbour about construction. I spoke with him but he was so aggressive. Then I asked help to Pymm&Co and they did not help. Never contacted the landlord and presented me with a solution. When I noticed I'll be moving out they arranged views and entered my property without my authorisation. Very intrusive! After checking out, they wanted to charge me about damage on the carpet. Interestingly the damages were there before I moved in (and written in Inventory too). I contacted the previous tenancy and they said they were charged about the same damages. Those were the very dishonest attitudes with tenants I have seen. Be careful with them. Avoid using their services. Look for agents/agencies with a good reputation. In a quick look on websites, you can read bad reviews about Pymm&Co. Honestly, I do not understand the reasons for winning prizes.
