We've just exchanged on a property with Morton Reeves Estate Agents and they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish; from initial viewings to follow-up viewings and Leigh's knowledge about survey results. Cheryl in the office is absolutely lovely and her communications have been excellent - we've been kept up to speed all the way through. What we particularly like about them as a company is their personal approach and their interest in supporting us as a family, alongside assisting the vendor to ensure a good sale all round. We're not planning to move from this house for some time however if anyone asks us for an agent recommendation, we will certainly say Morton Reeves.

My experience with Morton Reeves has been the complete opposite of other estate agents in Norwich, Leigh couldn't do enough to help me with my first house purchase. As a first time buyer it can be quite overwhelming but he was always at the end of the phone or email to answer a lot of questions! Both Leigh and Cheryl are very nice people to deal with, and from dealing with our sale from the outset the advice and guidance given was fair and honest, even advising about our new property. First class service from day one Leigh Reeves does the valuation he was attentive and very professional and was happy to spend time discussing every aspect of the sale and also listening to your opinion The photos he took was fantastic and in my opinion really showed the house off to its full potential. Once the house goes on the market you are kept informed throughout Cheryl Buck (Negotiator)worked incredibly hard to keep things running smoothly She was alway easy to contact and happy to chase things up and answer any questions and clarify everything. All in all from the valuation right through to completion Morton Reeeves have made my move as stress free as you can possible get in a house move. We recently sold our house with Leigh from Morton Reeves. The house had been on the market for over 6 months already and we had had some bad experiences with dealing with 2 other estate agent companies (reality and William brown) before we met Leigh. His service was above and beyond what we had experienced before, his communication was excellent, and explained things very well. He made little changes before viewings that the others would not do, he gave good advice and feedback on comments from the viewings and promptly so we could get little jobs done and remove those objections in the future. There innovative pricing tweaks and use of a real video walk through meant we were getting better statistics than when we first when on the market (when it's supposed to get the best results) I do not have praise high enough for the service Leigh provided, and absolutely nothing negative to say. I would gladly recommend Morton Reeve in a instant to anyone looking for an Excellent, professional, and dedicated estate agent. Excellent service 5stars.
