Morton Reeves handled the sale of my brother's house

Morton Reeves handled the sale of my brother's property in Norwich on our behalf as we live in Cheshire. Paul Sullivan handled the sale. He was excellent in terms of advice concerning the marketing and sale price of the property and guiding us through the process. He handled all enquiries and viewings, keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale. A sale was agreed and the journey to completion was not without its problems (due to delays in the granting of probate to enable us to sell the property). I was in regular contact with Paul throughout and he was always helpful with advice and responded promptly to any of our enquiries. He did the same for our prospective buyer. Paul was a star. I would recommend Morton Reeves. They are true professionals.

From the first meeting Leigh was very professional, has a wealth of knowledge and is very personable. I immediately felt confident that I was in good hands ! He was able to sell my house in one day which was amazing!!!! He offered a continued high level of support throughout the sale. He kept me informed at every step and was always available to answer any questions. I also had support from Paul when Leigh was on leave. I would just like to pass on my thanks to Leigh for making my recent house purchase process a wonderful experience…I can honestly say that the customer service I was shown from him was brilliant. It’s not often nowadays to find a company who takes the time to treat you as an actual individual…rather than just a number..the care and time which Leigh showed me throughout my purchase was really appreciated. He called/contacted me when he said he would! I also found that the 3rd party companies which were recommended to me by him, equally matched the customer service he provided to me. The sales progression team were a godsend! It’s a shame I won’t get the chance to use his company more regular…as my house is amazing..however, I would recommend his company hands down to anyone who wants a truly professional and individual experience. If I ever decide to sell my property in the future, I will be contacting Leigh, without question!

We recently sold our house with Morton Reeves and were very happy with the service we received. We were given the full asking price by our buyers as I feel the correct valuation for our property was given by Paul. We had our house on the market the previous year for 16 weeks with Seftons who intially valued it at £375000 but then ended up reducing it to £325000 but never sold it. After being with Morton Reeves we had a buyer within the first week. We were kept informed throughout the process and reassured with any concerns we had.

One of the most trustworthy and friendly agents we have ever dealt with. Paul Sullivan always went above and beyond and made us feel like we were the only clients he was dealing with. We contacted Morton Reeves after a recommendation. Leigh came to value our property, after researching the area, house prices in the area and also which properties had extensions explaining why these properties were priced higher. Leigh is a true professional and was very sympathetic to our predicament. When valuing the property Leigh pointed out good selling points and others that may be raised in a survey. Leigh spent over an hour with us explaining all the procedures and time frames of the process. The Marketing and Photography were of an extremely high standard and this was proven by the volume of response we had to our property. Leigh personally attended all the viewings showing potential buyers around; this made the process easier for us as Leigh kindly took control. On each occasion we were given feedback and advice. When we received an offer which was accepted, Leigh kept us up to date with each step and continually advised us what we were required to do next. Leigh chased up our Solicitors and the buyer’s Solicitors to speed up the sale. We found this so helpful and a very personal touch; we honestly felt Morton Reeves gave us such a personal service . Are there national estate agency awards??! If so, I would like to nominate Leigh Reeves for an award. We were the buyers in the transaction we had with Leigh and he made the entire process from start to finish completely stress free. In the last 10 years, we have sold and bought 3 times and we have never ever had customer service from an estate agent like this before. Leigh is great at communicating but isn't pushy like some estate agents, he keeps you informed on everything, he's proactive, organised and remembers all the little details that are really important to each individual client. Lee from Morton Reeves, managed our house sale, and offered some brilliant advice on preparing the house ready for sale, then managed the empty property for us, as we had to move out prior to sale. Lee organised for some small decorating and remedial work to be completed to an excellent standard.
