I am smiling as I read all the other 5 star reviews because I recognise the truth in what they are saying. For us, Leigh made a very stressful move from Ireland to England much smoother. We had all our queries answered, if not immediately, then easily well within 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble: bathroom measurements (for conversion to two shower rooms), lengths of walls (to decide whether to bring our piano over), the free "Can we still move during lockdown?" counselling service. We were very demanding but were never made to feel so. Thank you, Leigh.

Leigh succeeded getting our sale across the line in a COVID year when flats in the City were not such a hot item. I have never had anyone work so hard for us to make this happen and I sincerely believe this would not have happened if it had not been for Leigh. Living in Australia made it difficult for us to track down information requested by the purchasers, Leigh stepped in and did so much behind the scenes. He also became the go between with the solicitors who were really not on the same page at all. He was calm, kind and honest. This March 2024 myself and my husband purchased a property via Morton Reeves they were so good with us both as we had to get it right being our last forever home. Paul Sullivan was absolutely excellent his whole mannerism from the beginning to end was excellent let’s just say I kept ringing him to let friends and family see if this felt right for us, he was such a gentleman all the way through. I am not able to recommend Morton Reeves highly enough. Leigh kept me up to date the whole way through the sale via several methods of communication...email, text and telephone. Leigh used the most appropriate method of communication based on what I was doing and my availability to respond to his communication.......it worked wonderfully. Leigh was very good at keeping me calm when things were potentially going wrong and informing me of what was happening in order to remain calm. I really, really would recommend using Leigh for any house sale, he has been amazing.

So glad we went with Leigh from Morton Reeves to sell our house. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Leigh offered a no pressure, no nonsense valuation, and genuinely knew his stuff about houses. Leigh kept us updated throughout all of the viewings - both before and after. Where Leigh really came into his own was in the chaotic and stressful two weeks before exchange - driven by communication fails between solicitors and an anxious buyer. Leigh kept us and the buyer on track and kept us informed throughout. He also communicated extensively with the solicitors and other estates agents in the chain. I had previously tried to sell my house 18 months ago and the experiences I'd had with High Street agents was not good - particularly William Brown who I found to be very aggressive with no results! I didn't know who to use until I was recommended to Morton Reeves. I have to say that they are very professional - I never had to 'chase' them for information or to take any action. They kept me well informed every step of the way and most importantly of all, from day 1 we had results with viewers and within the space of about 3 weeks we had a buyer. They show the property to its best advantage through photos and video and I can't recommend them highly enough.
