The agent arrived to our appointment already on the phone, continuing his conversation and unlocking the door so I could enter an unfamiliar and unlit house and find my own way. When he eventually got off his call he was pushy and unhelpful. We can’t choose what agents hold the properties we want to view sadly, but we certainly wouldn’t be using their services ourselves.

Morton Reeves were the obvious choice for us in the Thorpe St Andrew area, having an office in Thorpe and a wide variety already on their books. The end to end customer experience is probably the best I have received and have moved many times. This particular move was after Mother had been in the house after 47 years and both myself as her son and Leigh faced a number of challenges along the way, which I am truly grateful from the kindness and compassion shown by Leigh and by his one of three recommended Solicitors, Spires ( also the cheapest quote). Where to start.... From the day we put our offer in to the day we picked up the keys we cannot fault Morton Reeves one single bit. Being first time buyers we were very in the dark on what to expect and how to go about doing everything. No one really offered us much advise apart from these guys. They were patient from the very start and explained every little detail which helped the process to be less stressful. Cheryl is amazing at what she does. She is so kind, patient, understanding but also straight to the point. Any little question I had she answered and if we didn't understand something she explained it.
