What an amazing estate agents From the very beginning they got it right, they priced our property correctly unlike some other highstreet companies that were way out. Morton Reeves then worked tirelessly on our behalf getting viewings. The process from start to finish was straightforward. I felt Leigh worked hard on my behalf to secure a sale at a price I was very happy with, that would complete in the time frame I'd requested. Living in Scotland now, I was particularly grateful to him for doing accompanied viewings and arranging gas safety testing at a reasonable price. Although I was distant I felt in control and confident that Leigh would both keep me informed, and act in my best interests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Morton Reeves to anyone selling their property and they would be my first choice were I to sell again.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, trustworthy and professional

They are professionals who care and are very good at what they do. I am delighted to write a glowing review for Leigh, because the business deserves it. He is so experienced that it shines through in all his comments and decisions. When the chain fell through he had it linked back up in 48 hours, he is also a shrewd judge of character as far as buyers of my house were concerned. I was kept well informed of progress and he also acted as an intermediary when solicitors were stalling and getting everyone confused. After using Leigh I know the value of a good estate agent who has got your back in what is becoming increasingly tricky to navigate purchase. Just let him take the strain, worth every penny. A great choice

I chose Morton Reeves to deal with my property as I had previously seen Leigh on a BBC News report and liked his dynamic on selling houses and it fitted in well with what I wanted. And true to say, from start to finish, the service was excellent. In particular the video walk-through I believe certainly helped sell the property. I found them to be exceptionally professional and nothing was too much trouble. They handled all the questions that were thrown at them and made a smooth transition to the final sale. Leigh and Cheryl at Morton Reeves have been very helpful to us when selling my wife's parents' bungalow, keeping us updated at all times. At the start Leigh showed great interest and good humour, which set us up nicely. I'm sure that we received a much more personal service than we'd have done from a larger 'chain', and their estimate of the selling price was also far more realistic. Their charges are more reasonable too. Much recommended.
