FacebookVery unhelpful, untrustworthy and unfriendly from start to finish. He obviously has investors/regulars that he makes sure gets the properties.
I can only apologise that your best and final offer was not accepted on this occasion. We are acting on behalf of a local firm of solicitors who are executors to the estate for the property in question. They made the decision to accept one of the higher offers when we put the 7 offer proposals forward. We use the best and final offer technique because this is the only fair way for all parties.
