We can not speak highly enough of Claire Wilson in the aftersales team. We sold through another Estate Agent and quite frankly are disappointed we didn't choose to sell through Minors & Brady as well as purchase. Claire was incredibly efficient and I truly believe were it not for her our purchase wouldn't have gone through. Cannot recommend them any higher if I tried and if we ever move again, Minors & Brady will be our first port of call!

Our Story: Looking to down size, offering the agent two house sales and some rental business with our Cottage / New project in Norwich. The Lodge sale was our starting Contract. Being unambiguous our object is maximum profit, conducted by our agent in both a professional and diligent manner. M&B unknown to us prior to this we have seen mostly positive reviews "always dubious on how genuine trust pilot are" They tried and fail to sell a local bank thought although quite far out its worth meeting. The Good: Met Curtis a couple of times, Matthew was patient to cover our questions. Curtis had good vision on detail in the first meeting, The two stand out lines were "we can sell this all day" & "unlike others we follow up on the whole process its the small details" Being proactive we shared links to our airbnb gallery, solicitor details and all the house data so my task list was complete The Bad: Time, money, effort are precious. I do business with integrity & accuracy. Appreciate selling houses can be very stressful, I simply wanted an agent to back up actions with words. Sadly in this instance they had three strikes. Strike One: We booked Curtis to visit to sign up the contract with a couple of questions. He left a voicemail, we had no reply and registered alarm bell is this how our agent will conduct affairs. Despite a poor quality voicemail from Curtis we sent another email and had nothing. Both parties in M&B reported our latest email had been blocked in error. I did probe about the bad reviews having no response, reviews have two sides & sometimes things just go wrong. Felt in such a public domain its more interesting how a brand responds to bad reviews. Many of the Good Reviews have only one review and foreign names I wanted to know they were genuine. Strike Two: Curtis was greeted with a coffee and a friendly chat about the upcoming holidays. With my career and own extensive experience in sales each client needs are unique. Welcome confidence and congratulate corporate success but its unwelcome to talk poorly on competitors or boast on attention to small details and yet fail to action questions from your client. We asked one question upon signing the contract - on the fee level to rent our main cottage while we take a break to do some travels in the spring. Nothing was written down it was fine another Director would respond to this. Perhaps a slack Friday but nothing and a detailed email sent 3 days later to share our concerns on client management. Strike Three Matthew promised alignment to actions in our email with "expedited action" after 4 working days we had no reply to the fee level. This after various nudges was the final straw. To be fair on both sides a reply was received 5 days later to say they were very busy and unable to reply by the Letting Manager was occupied with other other tasks. The answer was given on the rental sum "well below the market" Wrong question / answer - perhaps just too busy to manage new customers. Conclusion Contract signed on Friday with reservations.. Contract terminated the following week as above! I applaud M&B on the area success and it was a true pleasure to meet both Curtis & Matthew. In summary this is not a way to conduct business, disappointment as initially very promising to exasperation in a few days. We shall move forward with another agent.

Outstanding buyer experience

Exchanged contracts today & we complete in the New Year! That's 14 weeks from making my initial offer which is pretty impressive these days. I had no idea that the sale would be assigned a Sales Progressor" by the estate agent. Megan C made contact as soon as the offer was accepted and she was there to liaise with me and the seller plus both solicitors to push the process through on a reasonable timescale as well as answering all those questions a solicitor makes you feel stupid (and sometimes charges) you for asking. Having bought properties in the past, I can't praise and thank Megan enough for her good humour and support. She certainly took a lot of the stress out of the process for me and was a total star from start to finish. I should also mention her 5-star inclusion and diversity awareness - I requested all contact to be via email to accommodate neurodivergence and this was facilitated without issue or hiccup.I hope management pass on and discuss positive reviews because if they want an example of how to effectively and efficiently engage with clients - Megan C is the staff member to see.

Rosie was absolutely amazing from start to finish with our house purchase. She was brilliant with helping us get things through as smoothly as possible even with delays hugely outside of her control. She was always happy to answer the phone and help us work out what the next steps were to get the purchase though and worked so hard to help us get things sorted in time for Christmas. Rosie Turley at after sales was immense. She wasn’t even our estate agent but was acting for the people we were buying off. She went above and beyond to get our difficult chain through the door to exchange and completion. If it wasn’t for her determination and professionalism I doubt it would have happened. On the contrary our estate agent Attik were hopeless. Selling the house was great but the after bit was an absolute chore and I am not impressed. A great experience from start to finish. Minors and Brady produced an excellent brochure, provided a great sales team, found me a buyer and completed the sale within a very quick timeframe. Megan Clarke was exceptional as my after-sales representative, guiding me through each step of the process with great communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
