You have been an absolute star, and at times I have felt the passion from you to get this over the line as though it was your house, not ours. Cool, calm, thoroughly professional, and clearly very experienced at dealing with our frustration, supporting us through the process. One thing that stands out for me is your patience. I think, in the face of some of the challenges, I might have been a lot more animated … Minors and Brady have been great and I would have no problem in recommending them to any of my friends wanting to move. GoogleI recently completed a house purchase through Minors and Brady and was very impressed with the service throughout, from the viewing through to completion, and the nice touches they left such as the bottle of wine and the new home key (and trolley coin). We also felt very well looked after by Lauren Newby in aftersales, who was super helpful with keeping all parties informed and chasing up as appropriate to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. Lauren's help and her bubbly personality definitely went a long way in providing reassurance during the process. Would definitely recommend Minors and Brady!

GoogleWe recently sold a property through minors and brady and what should have been a simple transaction took months to complete, as solicitors were so slow. We were fortunate enough to have Rosie fighting our corner, and without her 'dog with a bone' attitude, we would probably still be waiting to complete. She listened to us, she actually answers phone calls and emails (very refreshing in today's world), and kept us incredibly well informed at every step. I cant believe we actually got there in the end but Thankyou Rosie, you are just wonderful and we would highly recommend you . We will use minors and brady in the future.

GoogleI have just bought my first property through Minors and Brady and I have received such an excellent service. This has been very stressful due to the solicitors. Lauren Newby in the after sales team has been so brilliant at chasing everything up, being very thorough, keeping me updated every step of the way and doing everything she could to push through to completion! It is clear that Lauren really enjoys her job and is very invested her clients. She has been an absolute god send in what has been a very stressful few months. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady, they are a very friendly, helpful and cheery bunch and it has been a pleasure having bought my first property through them!

GoogleWe had a really positive experience selling our flat through Minors & Brady and everyone we worked with was really helpful and friendly. Rosie in particular did a fantastic job as the Relationship Manager helping us to come to a mutually agreeable time to hand over our keys after our delivery driver/ moving company fell through at the last minute. She even looked into options for us to find a replacement. Her help was greatly appreciated during a stressful time and in the end we had no issues with the move.
