We have just sold my nans bungalow through M+B and the whole process was really smooth. The bungalow sold in 2 weeks and exchanged within 3-4 months of being marketed online. The service throughout was brilliant, from the premarket valuation and excellent pictures, all the way through to after sales and exchange. Aysegul looked after us after the offer was accepted through to exchange and she was absolutely brilliant. We received updates every week without fail and she tirelessly chased the other side to get us exchanged quickly and to resolve any small issues. Thank you to Aysegul and all of the team.

Once again minors and Brady have been amazing, from initial meeting to viewings to sale of the house every step has been handled efficiently and professionally. Jamie and the team in the office were brilliant, and cass in the after sales team kept us up to date with everything, communicated with the buyers and the solicitors for us and made sure everything went smoothly and stress free! Can't recommend enough

Overall getting started with valuation and putting the house on market was straight forward Ange was very helpful and explained everything. we found the sales department very stressful and felt pressured from sales team constant ringing, allowing offers to be accepted then asking for more final offers once agreed. But once we found somewhere, Ayesgul from after sales team had been amazing throughout really pushed to get a date sorted over Christmas and get the sale completed.

Had an excellent experience selling my property with M&B. Having tried and failed to sell using their competitors, it was refreshing to have regular weekly updates from staff who genuinly seem to care. My previous agent was disinterested and tried to convince me to sell 20% below the asking price, whilst M&B achieved 10% over! The aftersale service was particularly good and Dominyka was very helpful with chasing up solicitors and making sure everything proceeded smoothly. All in all a fantastic service, thank you!

I had a great experience with Minors and Brady Oulton Broad. I was selling my late fathers house which added extra complications but they were organised and pro-active and goy me an offer. Claire from the aftershaves team helped enormously talking to all parties. When I was let down by a cleaner she conacted their lettings team to find someone who would come out an a bank holiday weekend. Recommend highly.

Minors and Brady just can't take no for an answer. Today, having already been explicitly told that we don't want any contact with them, they post a hand-written note though our door about the property we have for sale elsewhere in the village. Look up my previous review of Minors and Brady when I complained before about being harassed by them. Simply sick of this estate agent.

As first time buyers Minors & Brady were excellent in facilitating our house purchase - special mention to Macey who helped us get to the point of our offer being accepted. Following this we were assigned to Julia from the after sales team who was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process and I’m not sure we would ever have exchanged and completed without her support and constant chasing up of all parties! She really goes above and beyond and we are very grateful for all her efforts.

From the moment my offer was accepted, they were clear, supportive, and quick to guide me through the first steps. They explained what would happen next in plain language, helped manage communication with the seller, and reassured me whenever I had questions. It really made me feel confident moving forward in what can otherwise be quite an overwhelming process. I’m at the very start of my journey, but I already feel in safe hands. The first property we viewed, we fell in love with and now we’re moving into it just 12 weeks later (and that was with Christmas in between) Connie was an absolute star. Arranging viewings for us, checking in daily too see how we both felt and if they could do any more for us. She is an asset to the team. GoogleRosie Turley has been great - as have all at Minors & Brady. This was my first time buying a house and I ended up choosing a solicitor who was... not the best. Rosie was great at chasing things up and ensuring that the deal got done. On her side, communications were transparent, informative and friendly. She was hardworking, easy to get hold of, understanding, and eager to be helpful - which was really reassuring for a first-time buyer when everything is so new. So yes, I would definitely recommend Rosie and Minors & Brady.
