The amazing family we were purchasing the property from were very understanding too! The deal was expertly engineered by Kris, who we would certainly keep in contact with when we are in a position to use an estate agent again in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Minors and Brady. And after our offer had been accepted, Rosie in the after sales team was very helpful. I would like to thank her for all of her help in the after sales section of our purchase as she continued her help right up until completion. I would also like to give a special thanks to Joe Richards in the lettings department for his exceptional work.

GoogleI viewed a property in N2 Norwich and was highly impressed with the professionalism and positivity that Sam showed to both myself and the vendor (who was present in the house as we looked around). Sam has clearly built up a trusting relationship with the vendor and he equally helped put me at my ease and answer questions in a very personable and informative manner. A great representative of Minors and Brady. Thank you.

TrustpilotGood viewing experience
Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

GoogleMinors and Brady were excellent, they arranged a quick viewing for me and my partner once we had seen a house we were interested in. Rosie dealt with our property purchase and was really helpful, chasing solicitors when required! and advising us on the house purchase process at times which was really helpful as we were first time buyers. Id definitely recommend Minor and Brady if you are looking for a property.

James was very helpful showing us around the property and pointing important things out to us. It was nice to actually have someone show you around and talk to you as we have found a lot of agents just stand there and leave you to it these days.
