We have never used a progressor for earlier sales but what a difference it made. Nagilla kept us informed all the way through the process. She was very professional and understood our problems which she sorted out. Minors and Brady should be very proud of her. Thanks a million.Jan & Mick Denny

Great service overall. I sold my property through these guys. Was a little rocky at the start from the initial sales enquiry but was put right. Aysegul from Aftercare was attentive and great to deal with and made up for the rocky start.

TrustpilotRosie. Most Efficient and Hard Working.
Rosie at Minors and Brady has been excellent at getting our house purchase over the line. She has worked very hard and dealt with both sets of solicitors, which has been quite stressful and time consuming. I think if she hadn't been so committed then we would not have had such a swift purchase. She always kept us up to date with developments by phone or email. Thank you.

Thank you, Jack. It’s great to hear Rosie’s clear communication and support helped make your first buying experience feel so much easier.

Thank you Samuel Potts for going out of your way to send us a video walkthrough of a property we were interested in buying. We were unable to get there in person. This is the second property that Minors and Brady have done this for us. So helpful !

Sonya is an asset to any company. From the start of our tenancy through to the end she has been outstanding nothing was a problem. If I could have given more stars I would have. I would recommend Sonya to anyone who is looking for a home

Thanks so much to Rosie in the after sales team who remotely held my hand throughout the selling process. She was always great with communication and worked so hard with quite a short completion deadline (imposed on by my seller).I was really happy with the listing photographs taken on my property (which is what drew me to choose M&B in the first place)Very happy overall!

TrustpilotProperty purchase
Just exchanged contracts after long involved process albeit a very short chain. Claire Wilson has been working hard all along to keep us in the picture and making sure our views were known throughout the chain, even though we (as buyers only) were making no financial contribution to Minors & Brady.

GoogleI would definitely NOT recommend Minors and Brady. We sold our property recently and have to say it was despite of M&B and certainly not because of them. We lead our own viewing we did our own negotiation and our own after sales!!...we recieved absolutely NO service from them just a VERY large bill!!! we used Stobart & Hurrell to sell a property last year, they were very professional very proactive & less commission so I will be going there next time.
Good morning Mrs Dyble, Thank you for your review, we are really sorry to hear you have not received the service you deserve. We understand though that you have unfortunately left this on the wrong branch, we can see from our system you have been dealing with our Caister-on-Sea branch. Nonetheless, customer service is incredibly important to us as you can see from the 2,500 reviews across our 5 branches and we would like to help resolve this with you. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in contact with our Head of Operations, Adam via his email - adam@minorsandbrady.co.uk and he will be more than happy to help going forward. Thank you, the M&B team.
