GoogleWas buying my first property with Minors & Brady and if it wasn’t for Gina Page I would have had been clueless. Reply’s within the hour every single time, calls back promptly, coached us through each of the steps, keeping us informed almost daily with updates. Telling us what the next step is and what the next thing is we need to do. She really did make the whole process so much easier and a whole lot less stressful! If I ever move in the future she will 100% be my go to person. Couldn’t recommend enough. Not only did Charlie sell my flat within the first week of listings, but I was given lots of information about potential buyers to help inform my decisions and could henceforth select the best purchaser who would love my flat as much as I did. After STC, Nagilla took over the after-sale correspondence and was regularly in contact with me and solicitors which led to a well organised and stress free exchange and completion.

GoogleRosie Turley managed the post sales side of our sale of the property. The estate agents sold the property very quickly at over the asking price. Unfortunately there were all sorts of complications, none of which were the estate agents fault, including with a tennant in the property. Rosie always kept us informed and kept regular contact with the solicitors on both sides. She always tried to move things forward when it was possible. She was always friendly and efficient and we are grateful for the service she provided.
