GoogleH & S were super helpful and they were not even selling my property! My Estate agents did virtually nothing and I’m grateful for the help from H &S. If I ever move again, I would not hesitate to use them. Jacob, in particular, was a star.

GoogleI worked with Hammond and Stratford on a new set of 'For sale' boards for their rebrand a few years ago. I was extremely excited to be asked to work on this project and had a really positive experience working with the team and producing a set of 5 boards. The images not only helped them with their image and identity, it was also a really valuable project to have in my portfolio and has helped me secure further work opportunities. I look forward to working with them again soon! They are also an extremely attentive, helpful and friendly Estate Agents!

GoogleThey have an excellent local knowledge of the market and were able to achieve a good price for the property at a difficult time in the market. I do not live locally and was able to leave everything to them. I also like their straightforward charging system with no hidden extras. Finally their communication was excellent with regular updates on progress

GoogleCan not fault any aspect of how Stratfords sold our home. We called them as we had found a house we liked and needed to get ours on the market ASAP. They really worked hard to do this for us. Valued on a Wednesday, photos on the Thursday. It was online by Friday and the first viewing was on the Saturday from a BTL purchaser who we ended up selling to after a little negotiation. Worth every penny of their commission to get it sold how they did. A massive thank you to everyone there especially Daniel and Pete. You won’t go wrong using this branch of Stratfords!
