Went with H&S Eaton after we viewed a property at the Hethersett branch. After a couple of bad experiences with agents it was good to meet Shaun and feel they are actually trying to sell your house not just get unsuitable people through the door. Jacob was brilliant sending the right people round to view.When we received an offer Jacob stepped up and negotiated the offer up to what we could accept. Another bonus was the block appointments not spread over days. Many thanks to all at H&S Eaton for all your hard work. This was our first time ever selling a home and Hammond and Stratford surpassed all our expectation of working with an estate agent! H&S get right the things you would expect a reputable estate agent to get right - accurate floor plans, excellent photos, expert knowledge of the local market and proactive marketing and then so many more things too - helpful guides on how to prepare for sale, thorough due diligence on offers and a dedicated sales progresser to list just a few things. It all added up to a dream outcome - we sold our house in under 2 weeks and moved just a few months later, despite challenging market conditions.
