This was our first time ever selling a home and Hammond and Stratford surpassed all our expectation of working with an estate agent! They were very professional, excellent in communication and keeping us up to date at every stage and for chasing viewers for their feedback and we’re able to get us sold in under a week! Jacob and Ben were particularly excellent and very patient and helpful at every stage. Having viewed many other houses via other agents there is a massive contrast in the level of professionalism and expertise that Hammond and Stratford have compared to other agents and I would highly recommend working with them.

H&S get right the things you would expect a reputable estate agent to get right - accurate floor plans, excellent photos, expert knowledge of the local market and proactive marketing and then so many more things too - helpful guides on how to prepare for sale, thorough due diligence on offers and a dedicated sales progresser to list just a few things. It all added up to a dream outcome - we sold our house in under 2 weeks and moved just a few months later, despite challenging market conditions. We were blown away by the customer service provided by Ben Green who was always on hand and who, without fail called when he said he would . Hammond and Stratford Estate Agents did an amazing job of selling my mum's house in Norwich. Their communication was fantastic. I'd really like to thank Shaun who went above and beyond to support mum throughout the entire journey.
