The only reason they have not scored five stars is because they failed to respond to two emails. I accept these emails were not directly related to their core business, but a simple response to say they could not help would have been appreciated. Otherwise I would definitely recommend them.

Hammond Stratford were with us all the way of our house sale and purchase. They very promptly set-up an open day for the sale of our house and even when the initial sale fell through, they continued to market the property with great dedication. They kept things on track with the sellers of the property which we were buying.
Hammond Stratford were regularly in contact with us throughout the process, keeping us informed and updated and were able to give advice in a variety of situations. We found all staff were extremely approachable and we felt able to contact the office with even the smallest of queries. All of the more senior staff involved were clearly knowledgeable.
I suppose we may have benefited from more time for “briefings” before some of the viewings which they did for us. We had a couple of different staff do the viewings and we didn’t always feel there was enough time given to speaking with the agent leading the viewing before-hand so that they could get to know our property and our priorities for the viewings.
Hammond Stratford were very happy to give us this extra time before viewings when we asked, but it would have been excellent if it was automatically offered. This was perhaps us being particular and did not deter me from giving Hammond Stratford a full 5 stars.
