I found all the staff friendly and helpful. In particular Tyron Shelley, Paul Cobb who helped us decide and what we wanted and Clair Clark who was endlessly chasing the other parties involved in our transaction. My only gripe was that phone calls were sometimes answered by a call centre who had no idea what I was talking about as I thought I was talking to colleagues on site in Norwich

I recently had a couple of experiences with Haart involving a house viewing and evaluation, both of which were with Kimberley Wild. Each were great and it was a pleasure being guided through both experiences with Kimberley. She was very informative and very easy to chat to, and I came away from the appointments feeling confident in making the necessary decisions. All in all, a great experience with Haart. Would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone, especially first time buyers as their service allows for open communication and frequent updates which helps to put the mind at rest a bit!

After a long struggle trying to find a rental property & getting turned down with no real explanation, left right and centre, I'm grateful to have crossed paths with Emily at Haart. She was incredibly upfront and explained exactly the reasons why I was likely being rejected, and subsequently contacted both the landlord & the referencing company to assist with my application and make sure I was considered. Pleased to say my application was accepted and I'm almost certain it was because of the extra actions of Emily. I recently bought a house in Norwich, and moved in December 2021. I was a first time buyer and I was definitely under prepared! I was thankfully put in touch with Charlotte Smith from Haart, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Any question I raised was answered quickly and clearly. The marketing and sale of my property is being handled by Paul Cobb. From the outset Paul was helpful, friendly and professional. The photos he took of my home were well thought out and beautifully executed. He took the time to understand the uniqueness and background of the house so that it could be marketed effectively. Following an offer on the house being accepted the sale was handled by Kimberley Wild. We attended an open house the other day and Paul Cobb the property consultant was so friendly and welcoming. We felt at ease straight away as most of the other open houses we attended felt rushed as there were so many people looking at it. Paul made time for us and was happy to answer all our questions and explained things to us which was so helpful. Paul was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We liked that there were only 10 people viewing the property and not 40+ like other open days and didn’t feel pressured and stressed with making our offer. We put our flat on the market and it was sold within 2 weeks and Haart held our hand every step of the way.
