I had two viewings on Thursday and which has left me concerned about about the authenticity and accuracy of information online and from the member of staff who I had dealt with. The first one was a ground floor flat and the photograph that was on Right move was not the flat that I viewed which was very disappointing. The flat I thought I was viewing looked out onto a garden but the flat I viewed looked out onto the car park. There was also a discrepancy about the service charge and ground rent. A difference of £1200pa is a lot of money to me. The second viewing, I thought was of a detached one bedroomed bungalow but I was shown a two bedroomed terraced bungalow that was £20k more. I had actually rang prior to the viewing to check I was viewing the one bedroomed detached. I was informed at the viewing that it had sold. It's an hours drive for me into the city so a total waste of my time. I tried to explain to the member of staff the importance of accurate information he was not interested at all. In fact my whole dealing with him was a total lack of interest.

Very reassuring (especially for someone like me who stresses 😆) A special shout out to Clare who has been with us all the way with frequent phone calls and updates and just generally being a happy and supportive person (you helped keep us at ease throughout the sale) also a shout out to Charlotte and Marie who both helped from the very start and also all the way through by just being at the end of the phone whenever we had any questions. I have been viewing houses with haart and they have been as accomodating as we could wish. Kelis has been brilliant. She has been able to answer anything we have asked and if she didn’t know then she would make it a priority to find out and get back to us a.s.a.p. I would highly recommend haartas an estate agent.

Never write reviews but I want to write a review so others can avoid our awful experience with Haart & our landlady. The people in lettings at Haart were unprofessional and lacked consistent communication as well as a constant change of staff. We had a leak in our flat for the whole two years of our tenancy which caused the worst black mould I’ve ever seen, and despite our constant complaints they only sorted it in the last month of our tenancy (but not even a proper fix). Also if anyone is looking at a flat at Dalymond Court near Anglia Square, please know that the landlady, who owns most of those flats, was almost as bad and we had to take our deposit return to the tenancy deposit scheme as she was trying to take our deposit + an extra £1000 (even though the reports showed we left the flat better than we found it). Thankfully, the TDS found that we were entitled to our whole deposit back, but nonetheless, she still tried to scaremonger us into giving up our money. Honestly wouldn’t rent or buy with any Haart branch just because of this awful experience.

Property did not have shower working when we got in, took 2 MONTHS to fix (their statement was that we still had the bath, so not urgent). After fixed, it has stopped again in 2 months, another 1 month without shower, then after 6 months, more 2 months without shower, 14 months living there, 5 months with no shower!!! House was rubbish, radiator when opened started to leak, it was missing part of it. Mould and damp all around the house, the property managers protect the landlord, loose your emails, promise to call back and never do, avoid Haart!!!

Seamless from start to finish. I called and spoke to Callum Warrener who set up an appointment the same day. We viewed the property and I took it. He babysat me through the whole process, from the initial call to getting the keys. It can be quite stressful, but once again Callum did all the hard work for me, always with a happy personable attitude. The entire lettings team at Haart in Norwich have been excellent to deal with. They provided prompt, helpful information, and made me incredibly comfortable with the letting process.
