GoogleThese 5 stars are based on Bradley Wards customer service. He is dealing with the sale of our house and I cannot fault him. He has always been friendly and professional. He's always been in close contact regarding any questions we or he may have, he even contacted us when he was on holiday!! Couldnt ask for any better , he is a credit to Haart .

GoogleI was really pleased with the service from Carly Harris, the pre tenancy manager. She always emailed me back quickly, she was always ready to answer my questions, and she was really friendly in her emails. Moving is pretty stressful but if every letting agent was like Carly there would never be any problem!

GoogleBe careful with your deposit. They won't release it unless you get written confirmation from the landlord that they are happy to. However Haart will not chase it and insist that you have to then if like me you have a landlord who never gets back to you you are stuck waiting for your deposit and have to claim it back through the deposit holding scheme

GoogleMy issue is repairs, I have now gone two weeks without a shower. I moved in on Oct 29, noticed the shower was faulty, raised my concern with the landlord and was promised an electrician to sort it; one never showed up. The shower has since stopped working, and I a paying tenant is still using a flannel by my sink to wash....appalling
