Worst letting Agent I have ever come across. Took rent payments late and told the landlord I was at fault. Harassed me so I left the property a day earlier, which of course gave no time for the cleaners to finish. Gave out my personal details including my work email address to my Landlord and he has threatened I won't get my rental deposit back. still in dispute! My rent was £1000 per month and I would say fair wear & tear, apart from the damage caused by his leaking roof which I reported to Haart and landlord and nothing was done. Staff are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and have a complete lack of understanding of the processes even though they claim themselves to be a Letting Agent. Will never rent, purchase from Haart again and have even warned off friends

Be aware that this company are horrendous for property maintenance. It took 5 months to have a shower working when we moved in and so far it has taken 6 months and counting to fix our extractor fan, which because our bathroom has no windows constitutes a health and safety risk. Add to that the fact that the moisture is making our whole flat mouldy and damp because of it. It seems keeping the sticking windows open does not help. HAARTs communication is laughable, to the point where the police had to be called just before Christmas due to some of my tools and car parts being stolen from our car space, only to finally find out that several items had been removed and "securely stored" by HAARTs "at my cost" because they felt that someone had deemed them a strange health and safety risk. None of the items pose any actual sort of risk whatsoever and has confused even the police and neighbours! The tenancy documents that have been signed and agreed by both us and HAARTs never stated anything at all about the car park space. It was also very nice they had contacted us first and given us notice that they were not happy before taking things so that the police wouldn't have been called! Avoid this company at all costs!! Warning*** I would never recommend Haart estate agents my daughter handed her keys into her landlord six weeks ago and is still waiting for the deposit back......as a tenant who always paid on time and six months up front initially I think it's disgusting she's had to wait so long. She has called several times and been told it will be in her bank and still nothing....i think I need to contact a solicitor.

The initial callback was instant, a house visit the next day, viewing in the evening and sold the following morning! Joshua, Samuel and Evie got things moving so fast I could just about keep up.
