From the start of us finding our potential home to now, Evie Miller's customer service levels and engagement has been second to none, nothing is too big of a question or task for her. Being first time buyers, it can be very daunting to know what needs to be done and what the processes are. Other estate agents we have dealt with seem very pushy (especially to see their mortgage advisors), but since being contacted by Evie we have never been so at ease! We have felt comfortable throughout! Would highly reccomend Evie to anybody looking for a property on the Haart website or even Rightmove that when you call you ask for Evie straight away. You will not be disappointed! I never would normally write a review about the service I have received but Evie needs to be recognised for her professionalism and interpersonal skills. 5*.. We are contractors for Haart for the lettings side of the business. We have always found them to be very professional and extremely efficient in handling any issues that arise from problems the tenants have with their properties. We have an excellent working relationship with Nicholas Selvadorai, his immediate response to emails and calls regarding works to the properties means that our own business is run more efficiently. We work on behalf of many estate agents, and Haart are by far the best to deal with.

Avoid! If you are reading these reviews looking for a letting agent, please avoid Haart. Their tenant credit checks are basically useless (no previous address history, no previous landlord check etc but still given the keys to my property!) The "managed" service is pointless - they simply send me a letter every month to tell me my tenant hasn't paid the rent on time - I can see that from my bank account! Then when I asked to leave the "managed" service they wanted to charge me the equivalent of 4 months rent for the privilege! - 4 months rent, not 4 months fees! So my total costs (including set up) for the 6 months would be more than 6 months rent as paid by the tenant!!! I am stuck with them for the time being due to this crazy cancellation fee, do yourselves a favour & find a different agent!

A month before we were supposed to move into our house I was informed (only because I rang up to check) that the current tenant was not moving out of the house and that we would have to find somewhere else. No help was given whatsoever just promises of links to properties which were never received. To top it all off the company didn't care less and still haven't refunded our deposit. Even after physically driving 4 hour to go into the branch to give card details and emailing card details as well. I would not recommend at all. Especially if you are student because you will be left with a month to find a house and they won't even care
