From the very start at having our house valued through to arranging viewings and then onto exchange & completion the professional service we were given certainly deserves 5 stars. GoogleAs a buyer I was made to feel that my business was not particularly welcome. The person on the other end of the phone actually seemed to find it quite amusing that they couldn't / wouldn't arrange a viewing for me, despite us travelling nearly 400 miles to the area to view properties over a long weekend which left me a bit bewildered. Certainly not a company I would want acting for me if I was selling a house.

GoogleTried to get in touch to enquire about several properties but agents from two different branches were unhelpful and disinterested. I ended up giving up with them.
Sorry you found our services lacking during the pandemic, it was a stressful and difficult time for all involved and hopefully something we won't have to go through again. Please give us another try if you're house hunting in the future.
