GoogleWe found it incredibly difficult getting hold of the agent and ended up contacting the seller directly on 2 occasions after phone calls were not returned. An offer from us was also passed on to the seller when we hadn't officially put an offer forward at that point. That said, on the occasions we did get to speak to the agent, they were incredibly nice and apologetic. Unfortunately for us though, the lack of communication made our experience with this agent stressful and therfore would be very hesitant to deal with in the future.
Hi Laura, Sorry you found our services lacking during the pandemic, it was a stressful and difficult time for all involved and hopefully something we won't have to go through again. Please give us another try if you're house hunting in the future.

GooglePhoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

They were professional from start to finish, commencing with Cameron, who visited to value our house, the professional photographer and the very high quality of the brochure which was produced Natasha and Richard provided continuity in the office and were in daily contact, giving back client feedback and advising us accordingly.
