GoogleKai was fantastic to deal with on our rental property she is an asset to Fine & Country. From our first phone call to signing contracts, she was on hand to give support my partner being newly self-employed makes things harder when it comes to verifiable income but Kai went that extra mile to help with our application process. GoogleHave recently come in to contact with Fine and Country, Norwich via their Fakenham branch. Tiffanie has been managing a property for me. Sorting tenants and making sure all runs smoothly for both them and me. It's like having a mutual friend. Someone who obviously has my best interests at heart, but also the welfare of the tenants. Happy tenant, happy landlady. I've always found the company to be very personal. Not a typical estate agent. Their staff take time to get to know you. And not superficially either. I can't reccomend them highly enough.

GoogleBought a property through Fine & Country and it was the worst buying experience I have ever come across. The property we purchased, came back for sale as it had fell through 7 weeks down the chain, we were told by F&C they wanted a quick sale, which worked extremely well for us. 9 weeks into our purchase, somebody from F&C slipped up and told us that the vendors onward purchase was waiting for probate which hadn't yet been granted and the process only started since our offer. (No wonder they lost the sale the first time). We ended up in rented, very last minute, with all the upheaval and two lots of removal costs because people couldn't be honest. Obviously, we lost all faith in F&C as they clearly weren't honest from the start, not to mention this you would have to CONSTANTLY chase them, paperwork was sent to them, which they claimed hadn't been received, updates from the vendors weren't being passed on, and ultimately we were just being kept in the dark. Helen was very condescending when she spoke to myself, even on one occasion she called me rude! Not exactly how you speak to a customer! Considering I was getting rather frustrated, which would be made worse when I wasn't getting called back when specified. They even asked us to pay for a new boiler, even though we hadn't legally completed?! Just all round awful experience. When we collected the keys, we were handed the key, not even on a keyring, no paperwork, no gift. Nothing! No follow up, haven't heard a single word since completion. Would not recommend.

From Richard to Philippa we have had cheery updates and encouraging words all through the process. GoogleHave used Fine and Country for the purchase and sale of previous properties and will be using them again hopefully in the future. Everyone on the team is professional, helpful and friendly and extremely motivated. We have loved working with everyone from Mike who takes fab pictures and Heidi who compiled the fab brochures to both Richard’s and Philippa who helped push our sale through. Fab team of people would definately recommend fine and country to everyone they are a cut above ALL other estate agents.
