TrustpilotWe choose the estate agent last …
We choose the estate agent last October, after getting the house putting the deposit down that was when the problems started. The estate agent refuses to reply to calls, emails and any contact, they have barely sorted resolved any issues that are there responsibility out. Full of false promises, incompetence, data breach and just not worth the hassle.

GoogleAs I am not in the UK, I had requested virtual viewings of the interested properties. I had started an application for one of the properties. I sent the application to the corresponding letting agent, and several days later was informed that the property had already been taken.

GoogleKeen to secure the right rental within a tight timeframe due to a narrow exchange to completion period on a property sale Anna at Alexander & Co helped me locate, view, negotiate and administer the reference to moving in process with great efficiency and effectiveness. A great service that matched my needs and the landlords. Thanks.

GoogleHorrified by my experience with Alexander & Co. They are happy to facilitate blatant discrimination from landlords against disabled applicants- both morally disgusting and very much illegal. If you're looking for a letting agent that will treat you fairly, they are definitely not it.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAs a contractor Alexand & Co are a breath of fresh air to work with. Very efficent, great communication and overall a very proffesional company. Its nice to work with an agency that go out of their way to look after both tenants and landlords.

GoogleHad my review removed because they didn't like to hear the truth. Awful service, poor communication, harassing tenants and when they have them evicted they disappear off the face of the earth. Ignore emails and don't bother to return deposits. Would rather be homeless than rent off this bunch of clowns.

TrustpilotAmazing
We just moved into our new home with the amazing help of Alexander & co estate agents. Finn, Angela, Hannah and the whole team were great and made the stressful process easier with their hard work, advice and just being a phone call away.

GoogleVery disappointed with your professionalism as we had a viewing which was cancelled today because they could not find the keys I went to property and there was two cars there so I think someone's telling porky. We never heard back from the agents which is out of order.

TrustpilotA bunch of money hungry company
Had a horrible experience with this company as a tenant . I will not buy my own house with this company in the future . Not professional at all , only money hungry.

GoogleAs a tenant, I always found everyone very quick to respond, no matter how big or small the question or request. Couldn’t really ask for anything more from a lettings agency really!

GoogleThey are not professional and trustworthy. They always take the numbers for properties however they never response. Whenever I call them they tell me "okey we will do that" and never response.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
