GoogleWhen applying for the house and dealing with colleagues - they were professional, helpful and friendly. No issues there. Unfortunately the aftercare, once you're in the house, isn't great. Still waiting for a response to an email I sent almost 2 weeks ago (with a chase in between). Definitely some work required for existing customers. And not all focus given to making sales!

The listings process was accurate and swift, and Anna organised the new tenancy very efficiently. On-going correspondence is replied to promptly and professionally. Aylesbury Sales - AVOID, poor service, poor communication, poor negotiation, poor attitude, and when you raise the issues they can't see any problems. Terrible estate agents, recommend going elsewhere, do not waste your time, energy or money on these disrespectful people.

Alexander & Co in partnership with EllaI'd absolutely not recommend that you sign a contract with these people. I've had an extremely poor experience. They literally did nothing for me other than provide the rental contract. To top it up, at the end of the tenancy they are playing games with the deposit. Left the most bitter taste.

GoogleArrived at a viewing, nobody arrived. Called and was told ‘they didn’t have the keys and I was contacted’. Iphones don’t lie, there was no missed call. Reschedule for the following day. Arrived at viewing, Nobody arrived. It’s been 45 mins since that viewing and I still haven’t been contacted. They appear to be laughably useless.
