GoogleInitially very good, once everything has been set up and they are grabbing your money. They are un responsive and of no help to the landlord. I wish I had better report to give but I don’t. Do not let with this company they do not care.

GoogleHad a viewing of a house on Saturday and a lovely lady called Sam was there to greet and meet. Its been a long time since Ive been around anybody who knows how to do their job pleasantly and Sam did just that. She asked all the right questions of what we were looking for so she could get an idea of who we were and our needs, as I am disabled. She followed up with a telephone call to my home to let me know that the stairs would not be good for me in another property that I was going to look at. I would just like to sincerely thank her for her kind professional help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Used this company (colchester branch) to try and sell my house biggest mistake I've ever made. No feedback on any of my 8 viewing over the 3mths with them. Even the regional manager complete liar. Estate agents turning up on unconfirmed bookings. As a first time seller this has had a big affect on selling my house as to the time it has spent on the market. New local agents total different experience we'll run loads of viewings loads of feedback just wish i had gone with them first

GoogleI bought a place from this agents many years ago , it all went swimmingly. I also rented my property and got a person in the property quick. I sold the property and too was a quick sale. They moved the tenent with ease to another property. Was amazing all round.

GoogleA very long house buying process due to difficult solicitors, but Jenna at Abbotts worked tirelessly to keep all parties informed throughout the process and got everything lined up herself when it came to exchange and completion, something that should be done by the solicitors. Couldn’t recommend her and Abbotts enough, they’ve been excellent!

GoogleMy absolute hero’s cannot fault there customer service and ability to do me proud x I was in the position of basically putting a house in storage and sleeping on a sofa and they managed a 4 day turnaround from let agreed to me moving in Bethany, Genevieve, Rebecca, and Dan thank you from the bottom of my heart and my back that would be broken from the sleeping on the sofa
