We have just just bought our house from AbbotFox. We dealt with Jack initially, and then Julie, both of whom were great. Communication was excellent which made the process super easy. They were both easy to get hold of and very responsive to our requests. The bottle of bubbles on collection of keys was a welcome bonus too! 🥂

Buying from Norwich Abbott Fox was a good experience. The transaction moved swiftly and communication from the branch was good throughout, without being pushy.

Amazing customer service, honesty and advice from start to finish. From the sale of our house to the negotiations to secure the house we wanted to purchase. We can’t thank Colin and his team enough for all they did.

I have had a great experience with abbotFox! I rang asking for advice about a house and was met with very professional and clear help. A special mention to Callum who took extra time to go through things with me as I usually find this stuff very confusing! He was very understanding - outstanding service!!

Fantastic service from Sam. Found a buyer for us within days. He also helped find our dream home. Not only did he handle the sale & purchase, he gave some helpful advise on renovations which have added significant value to our new home! Can’t thank Sam enough!

The service we have received from Abbott Fox has been honest and professional and they have been by far the most communicative estate agent we have experienced. Elliot has been reliable and clear without throughout the sale and purchase of our property and we would be more than happy to use them again.

Dealt with Jack. Very efficient and friendly service and was so impressed that our house was sold in 3 days after just two viewings! During the sale, Jack kept us informed every step of the way which is something I appreciated greatly. Selling a house is extremely stressful and abbotFox made it feel so easy. Thanks again! 5*****!!!
