GoogleI currently rent a property in Wythenshaw that is managed by Sharon Goddard. I’d just like to say that whilst at the beginning it was difficult, and the process wasn’t totally easy, Sharon really came to the rescue. Myself and my housemates believe her level of professionalism to be exemplary. We were having issues with the boiler, and she ensured she acted fast to help in a swift and satisfactory resolution!! I’m quite delighted to have her as our property manager, and look forward to renewing our tenancy with her.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Reeds Rains and I've been trying to get away from them since the 1st two weeks of the letting start date; no luck so far. Why do I have such a negative feedback, you ask? Well, in short, they are understaffed and overworked; therefore, incompetent. In detail: a) They take days to reply to emails unless it is to ask payment from you; response time - minutes! b) They deal with incompetent partners. For example, the people who took the inventory didn't take the gas meter reading (leading to a huge problem between the landlord, gas-electricity provider and me) and mistook a toddler-stairs gate with a heater and recorded the gate, aka heater, as in "good working condition"! Also, the Internet provider they suggested is very expensive. So, don't go for their recommended services providers c) They shoved a home insurance deal down my throat. I naiively took it. Then I discovered that the windows were faulty and can't be sealed. When I contacted them after paying over £40 to the home insurance provider, they said it wasn't their problem/fault and they only "shared my information" with the home insurance provider. I had to cancel the insurance and pay penalty. Of course, reeds rains didn't provide any help and definitely no compensation for their incompetency. These are examples of the issues I had to deal with, with Reeds Rains. I hope they work on their costumer satisfaction side of business, but until then, I advice you to AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! GoogleAs an established Landlord seeking to re let one of my rental properties in Northwich I was contacted by " Melissa" who was extremely professional in wanting to help me find the right tenant sooner rather than later. This was music to my ears . I received a superb ,flawless service from start to finish. Therefore I would highly recommend " Reeds Rains Lettings Department to assist me in future with the Letting of my properties. A very happy Landlord indeed.

GoogleI moved into a Reeds Rains house in Feb 2016 - less than a month after I moved in I realised the boiler was broken, this then grew into a 10 Month fight to get the boiler replaced! Then after a gas inspection turns out the gas fire was leaking gas into my home so that had to be shut off I’ve not been out of the property over a month and still have not received an £800 deposit, then reeds Rains send me a certificate to say the deposit is definitely protected - what they failed to mention was only part of the deposit if protected - so I’m at risk of loosing over £200 because they have protected my deposit properly and they won’t release my deposit to me Joke of a company

GoogleAbsolutely hated our entire experience of potentially selling out our home with Reed Rains of Northwich. Right from the start of this process we were let down and misled We were told that they would do every viewing but omitted to tell us this does not include Sunday's. Customer care and consideration appalling. The only time we heard from Reed Rains was in relation to settling accounts. Be warned they do not tell you that you have to pay for a professional to do the pictures of your home. Well they do when they start sending you threatening demands. This Estate agent does not show any compassion or considoration for its clients.

GoogleI’ve been living in a flat managed by reeds rains for about 7 months now. They’ve been brilliant, I had some issues with the heating and windows being single glazed in the property and Sharon particularly managed the situation brilliantly and chased the landlord and the problem is now being solved directly with the landlord and contractor. Really appreciate the support and check ins to make sure it’s going okay :)

FacebookI’ve received the worst service from every single staff member in this place. If you’re thinking about renting through or selling your property through them don’t. I moved in to a property 7 weeks ago and had lots of issues which I needed doing g. The only thing they’ve done is take the rent. Honestly it’s the most horrendous service and the branch manager or any associate of the branch should be very ashamed.
