I rent a property via the Northwich branch. Whilst staff are helpful and proactive when one can get hold of them I find it extremely frustrating that it is virtually impossible to make contact via the telephone. There is usually a recorded message saying they are busy and that they will get back to you. They don't.

10/10 experience from Reeds Rains! Me and my husband have been looking into properties for our first family home and we made contact with Beth, she was nothing but amazing with us! She was friendly, polite and was extremely knowledgeable! Nothing was a problem for her.. we have a 5 month old little boy and she took that and found properties which would suit us and our son. She is great and we are very grateful to have to had Beth helping us every step of the way! Thank you Beth!! :) x

I rarely leave reviews, but feel Reeds Rains truly deserve my 5 star rating. I initially called and spoke to Beth about our requirements and she was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She continued to assist us through the whole process and was very reliable. She checked in with us throughout the process to ensure we had all the help and information we required. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to friends as they made our move stress free.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I was genuinely sorry to hear that the client was upset following the conversation with James, as that is never our intention. We always aim to communicate clearly and professionally, particularly during what can already be a stressful process for everyone involved. Following our conversation yesterday with both yourself and the client, I had hoped we had clarified the situation. We were informed by yourself that the client was undertaking a new AIP on a different property, which understandably raises questions from our side. This was especially the case as we had already received confirmation from the solicitor that a completion date had been set and that all the client needed to do was speak to their solicitor, who would of confirmed the agreed timeline. As discussed, if there has been any misunderstanding, we are more than happy to clear this up. Our only priority is to ensure that all parties have consistent information so we can move towards completion as smoothly as possible. As mentioned, any further concerns please do feel free to let me.

This company has been nothing but helpful, specifically Beth and Ryan. We are first time buyers and our solicitors have been nothing short of useless we ring them up with an issue and it’s resolved same day they are absolutely brilliant both of them I couldn’t thank them enough for all they have done to help us and still are doing. Buying a house has been so stressful but having those two helping has made it so much easier they really are a credit to Reeds rains Northwich branch they deserve a pay rise/promotion. Absolutely awful company. We moved in to a rented property promised things would be sorted such as a sofa left in garden by previous tenant Jonathan who showed us the house was lovely at first promised us everything would be sorted. We then moved in house was a state. Emily was a compulsive liar and would not listen to us about the state or the house and how we were having to live in cold and damp and unsafe conditions with a little one. Had to have housing standards out to show here how bad it was. Never go here

Awful firm to deal with. We were purchasing a house marketed by the Northwich office and from day one the agent lied about the sellers position. Took 9 months to complete when they said no chain and fast completion. Full of excuses constantly, when they should have just been truthful from the start. Layla was the only member of staff who was helpful and rang back, she deserves to work somewhere with more care for customer service than these jokers. On completion day when the sellers hadn't moved out all the Northwich office would say was its very difficult moving house. Needless to say there stupid welcome gift box was left in the office. A horrendous experience and if we move in the future, we would avoid any house marketed by the Northwich office.

Purchased a property where Reeds Rains had been appointed as the agents for the sale, the process took longer than expected because of many various solicitor/conveyancer issues. If it wasn’t for Isabell at the Northwich branch I think we would still be in the process of buying. Isabell was on the ball whenever I called her for an update, she pushed both her own clients solicitors and our conveyancers in an effort to get any momentum on the sale. I got a more reliable and better quality service and response from Isabell than my own representatives for the purchase.

Despicable, don’t deserve any stars avoid at all costs , will stop viewers from seeing your home and then advise you to hand it to a fake property developer for a delayed completion , should be ashamed of yourselves. Your market manipulation is criminal. Maybe tell your mate the property developer it’s illegal to say your FCA regulated Do not trust Ps I don’t reply to gas lighting
