GoogleWe wont ever use again or recommend the branch to anybody! Rented us a property will multiple issues and then left us without a boiler or heating for a whole week with no intention of taking responsibility or apologising for their incompetence, lack of professionalism and rudeness. Please be careful when renting with this company!

YellAbysmal - DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE LEADERS! Abysmal service who cannot retain staff and allow personal details of tenants to be shared by the Landlord to other letting agents without permission. Extremely unprofessional letting agent who allow landlords to act as a contractor and gain access to the property without informing tenants of who they really are. Multiple issues reported including a leak without any action or follow up. Back track and try to cover up a poor service and only reply when a complaint is made or rent is due. DO NOT USE!

GoogleThis company took over from Temples lettings who’s service was second to none , professional, and reliable . Since leaders have take over , the service has nose dived rather rapidly, Communication with landlords is appalling , I’m going to phone them for a third time in 2 days !!!! shortly to ask for a statement for a Tax return , fingers crossed.....

I understand that due to the the acquisition of Temple Lettings that there may have been a few recent which you are not happy with for which we apologise. When reviewing our system I can see that Richard Prescott the branch manager yesterday provided you with a copy of the requested Tax statements for Temples Lettings and also Leaders. Thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention. I hope that moving forward we are able to regain some of your confidence and provide a level of service that you are happy with. YellPlease be careful when using the Northwich branch
We wont ever use again or recommend the branch to anybody! They appear to be incapable of communicating as a team and have a complete inability to address serious issues like a broken boiler straight away and then use multiple excuses to cover themselves. Please be careful when renting with this company!
