GoogleVery pleased with their service from the start. Love the use of WhatsApp to communicate as this suited me to get quick updates without the need of a call. Shout out to Megan and Joshua who have always been on hand to answer my questions and keep me updated.

GoogleI’ve heard that moving home, is in the top three most stressful times in your life. Well, I have to disagree, there was no stress. But this is because, we chose Hinchcliffe Holmes in Northwich to sell our house and it was all plain sailing. From the beginning with Josh conducting the valuation, Stuart taking the photographs, through to Sam managing the viewings and Ola in the office, the whole experience was actually a pleasure., These guys really know what they are doing and guided us through the whole process, without breaking a sweat! By not having to worry about the sale of your house, frees up more time for everything else you have to do. Can’t recommend this company enough.

GoogleUpdate from today: I got contacted off Joshua Hinchliffe who was very helpful with getting us booked in to see 3 properties. Charlotte showed us round and was very lovely and was able to answer all of our questions. They definitely did go above and beyond after me feeling let down and I do appreciate that. From earlier: I'm really disappointed as no one has got back to me about booking in some viewings. I have rang the office several times over the last 5 days and every time I am told they will get back to me but they haven't.

GoogleMy husband and I contacted Hinchliffe Holmes to arrange a viewing on a property we seen. We had been on a few viewings with other agencies and have to say Rosie is a credit to Hinchliffe. She was bubbly, friendly and was genunily keen to help. Rosie has since kept in touch and us updated each step of the way in a very professional and polite manner.

The house purchase was quite challenging but during the process Hinchliffe were really supportive and always there to help and on hand to get the purchase through. Lovely helpful staff. Always returned my calls. I felt they where open an honest and I was very grateful for this in comparison to some other estate agents who seemed less honest! Susan was really nice on the viewing and had some local knowledge to help with my decision to buy. Thanks for a positive experience
