I've worked with Darcy and Mark from the Tarporley office on numerous occasions and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Their communication is fantastic, and the whole team is friendly, helpful, and professional. They consistently provide a high level of service, making transactions run as smoothly as possible. I would 100% work with them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe recently purchased our property through Hinchliffe Holmes and had a genuinely positive experience. Josh and Clayton were excellent throughout: communicative, informative, and consistently going above and beyond, especially when navigating a particularly complex situation. Although the purchase itself was stressful at times, Josh and the team did everything they could to keep things moving and ease the pressure. I was very impressed with their service and would happily use them again in the future.

He can advise on all aspects of house moving, knows the best professionals to use, and on more than one occasion worked tirelessly to dig us out of what was looking to be a serious problem. It's nearly 50 years since we last moved and we really valued the help he provided.

GoogleWe chose Hinchliffe, after consulting a number of agents, because their valuation was fair and realistic but also because Sam and the team were so incredibly respectful and sensitive to my parents needing to move for health reasons. At all times they acknowledged that it was a much loved home of 60yrs. Communication was extremely professional and proactive, often answering queries outside of office hours and even on days off. It was a difficult sale with a complex chain and they worked above and beyond to take away any stresses and protect my parents from unnecessary upset. They often stepped in to fill gaps by other professionals connected to the chain to help the process run as smoothly as possible. The team quickly felt almost like family and we cannot thank them enough for all they have done. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would use no one else in the future. GoogleAs a first time buyer, I had no clue how to buy a house! However, Hinchliffe Holmes were fantastic in helping me and supporting me in buying my first home. A special mention has to go to Charlotte who was amazing in helping me every step of the way. From viewing the house for the first time to getting the keys, Charlotte was supportive and answered any questions I had. She is a real asset to the team and I would recommend using Hinchliffe Holmes if you want a stress-free process!

They gave us a valuation way beyond what we had expected (& way above what other estate agents had given us), & we achieved a sale just marginally below that value, amazing! All throughout the process we had clear and open communication through a WhatsApp group chat which worked perfectly for my husband and I so we were both always in the loop on everything, and it felt so much more efficient than having to take lots of phone calls to discuss everything! GoogleWe recently sold our house with Hinchliffe Holmes and also bought through them. We chose Hinchliffe's because of Josh's enthusiasm and honesty and our belief that he would invest the necessary effort and energy to sell our house and we were not disappointed. Josh and Meg really got to know our house before showing viewers round and handled the viewings professionally and with minimal disruption to us. Then Josh and his team made the extremely stressful process from offer to completion as easy as it could be - constantly chasing up and down the chain and keeping us informed at all times. Josh and Sam persevered despite difficulties elsewhere in the chain and ensured the sale and purchase went through. I am sure that without their dogged determination the transaction would have been significantly delayed or would have fallen through. They also helped me retain some sanity and sense of humour through the process. Would highly recommend.

When looking at other estate agents in the beginning, Hinchliffe just stood out by a mile. The whole process was considerably less stressful than I’ve experienced before as I was kept up to date throughout. GoogleWhat can I say - we have had exceptional service from Josh with the purchase of our house. It has been a long drawn out process (thanks to solicitors!) but Josh has been so proactive and supportive. He escalated our case to ensure that we were getting the service expected from our solicitor and ensured that the house move went through as quickly as possible. I found Josh to be really friendly and approachable and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or concerns. In addition to all this Josh accommodated us at short notice so we could measure up for a new sofa - we didn’t even give him 24hours notice! So thank you Josh you have been incredible and have worked so hard! I would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

GoogleThe team at HH Northwich were an absolute breath of fresh air after less positive experiences with other local agents. From the very first contact Josh and the team were proactive and professional. What really set them apart from other agents was the level of communication we received regarding our sale: simple things like setting up a WhatsApp group really made a difference! During the contract stage, HH were instrumental in chasing matters through to completion. Josh even went above and beyond by assisting with my onward purchase, which was through a different agent altogether. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will be doing so at every opportunity!

Horrible experience. Was late to the viewing by over an hour which didn't give much hope. After the viewing they dragged their feet and were impossible to contact. A month later we decided to take our business elsewhere as we had no update since our viewing only to get a call after we told them we were moving on, spoke unprofessionally and horribly to my partner. Disgusting service.
