GoogleOutstanding service. We have dealt with Josh at Hinchliffe Northwich over the past few months purchasing a property and I cannot praise him enough. His help has been invaluable he has ALWAYS answered calls and emails and nothing has ever been to much trouble. I would not hesitate to use Hinchliffe estate agent Northwich if we ever move again or recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Josh

The Northwich branch never answered the phone or responded to emails. We had to repeatedly leave messages with the Tarporley branch to try to get someone to call us back. Emails were rarely answered. When we did eventually get a call back, we were often given misleading information or promised something that would not happen. If I saw another property I was interested in being sold by this company, it would certainly put me off as I would not like the additional stress this company caused us.

FacebookAVOID AT ALL COSTS!Hinchliffe Homes are, without a doubt, the worst estate agents firm I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Firstly, Josh was late for our viewing. Great start. We loved the house anyway (no thanks to Josh, who stood in one place and didn’t actually try to ‘sell’ the property). We made an offer which was accepted and the usual conveyancing process began. Naturally, we tried to contact Josh as we neared completion and he didn’t even answer the phone or reply to our text. Completion day arrived and we still hadn’t been able to speak with Josh about the process for collecting the keys (I mean, not that that’s a big deal or anything ). A family member was in Northwich that day and went into their shop to ask Josh in person. He said ‘oh it depends what time it is, if completion is after 1230 then they’ll need to go to Tarporley’ (even though the house was in Northwich). He was asked why he hasn’t answered our calls/texts and responded with ‘oh’ that was it .. ‘oh’. We actually managed to complete at 1115 (this would be great news because it was before 1230 and we didn’t need to travel to Tarporley) so we called the office only to be told we needed to travel to Tarporley to get the keys. Then, upon arriving, at the time they were expecting me to, I was asked to provide ID, something that was not mentioned on the phone, and I had none with me, having travelled from Northwich (25mins). Thankfully they accepted my work ID and I was allowed to take the keys that they made so difficult to collect. In summary, avoid Hinchliffe Holmes at all costs if you’d like a smooth process when buying your new home

Selling our property and buying our new home wasn't straightforward.. but the team at HH were professional, friendly, proactive, communicative and always helpful throughout the whole process. Particular mention to Charlotte and Josh - thank you for all your help over the past year! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HH.

FacebookHinchliffe Holmes are not the worst but definitely not the best. Communication failure is the biggest issue. Not ringing back after saying they would. Try getting them to answer the phone would be nice. Just felt that as a buyer they did very little to push the sale, as if taking a picture and putting it on Rightmove is all they have to do...oh and collect a nice chunk of money at the end.There is one positive though, kelly. The only one the seems to be on the ball.

There were a few bumps in the road which is to be expected when you are in a chain - but I found the experience easier due to Josh and Claudia’s positive response to the situation. They really pulled together to make sure the sale went through and met the September deadline regarding stamp duty. Thanks

My sale was dealt with by Amir and his team via the Tarporley branch, although Amir is actually the Lettings Manager. Cannot fault Hinchliffe Holmes. The photographs of the property were extremely professional, as was the photographer. Amir went above and beyond when I asked for advice and information. He always called me back promptly and helped me through some frustrating issues.

I recently sold my mum's property with Hinchcliffe Holmes and was extremely impressed with the service they provided right from the very start with Sam valuation of the property. This high level of service continued with Charlotte, as nothing was to much trouble for her and this was a massive benefit to me as I lived 50 minutes away from the property. Given the age and presentation of the property it was also not an easy sell for them, but they kept on pushing the property and eventually it was sold, which I do not think would have been possible without their determination to achieve a sale. Based on all of the above and my experience with Hinchcliffe Holmes I would definitely recommend them, as in my opinion they go above and beyond to provide an excellent service and eagerness to sell your property.
