FacebookTerrible experience selling our house.We were dealing with Michael from the Tarporley office who on the phone sounded great, but in reality just couldn’t be bothered.He never returned any phone calls, failed to organise a ‘For Sale’ sign for outside our house, took 3 days to action a simple request like removing a photograph from Rightmove, made no attempt to sell our house, just simply advertised it.I eventually decided to use another agent and was advised it takes 2 weeks to remove a listing, nearly 3 weeks passed and I had to remind them, after making a complaint direct to them about Michael nothing was done, customer care from Hinchliffe was very poor..

Hincliffe Holmes in Tarporley have been amazing. A very complicated purchase due to the chain involved in selling our home but the team were so supportive and ensured the sale continued. Would totally recommend buying a property from them. Thank you to the team esp Alyson, Darcy and Jack.

GoogleLeft a message on a property with the Northwich branch, not even the decency to call back. My wife had the same experience 4 times, not surprised some of the houses they are marketing are not selling. Very poor customer service, based in this experience I wouldn't sell my house with them and the house I was interested in has since dropped down our most wanted list based on the experience. Very poor all round.
