Having had some poor experiences with estate agents in the past we were slightly concerned about who to pick to take care of the sale of our home in Northwich . After doing some research we decided to go with Butters John Bee. The team were all warm and friendly from the start of the process. Jess took some lovely pictures that really sold the property online. Ellie in the office was amazing - she communicated with us daily and kept us up to date with everything from viewing appointments to post viewing feedback and offers made. We sold our house really quickly and the process was smooth throughout. Great customer service from a great hardworking team I would definitely use them again.

Bjb helped me move into my first property. I had excellent service from Lucy Strassmann. I received quick reply’s and phone calls to make sure any questions I had got answered with as much detail as possible. Really poor customer service. Both me and my wife have had dealings with them to book viewings on properties and each time they have been really short and rude with us. There is no way i would get them to sell my house if that is how they treat potential buyers.
