I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the team at RMS Ryton - especially Victoria who has made a difficult house sale a breeze to deal with. From initial valuation, to listing and on to completion, Victoria has been "on the ball" and "on my side". Whilst moving is always stressful, the team @ RMS Ryton have made this a positive experience for me, taking all the chasing and hassle into their own hands and providing me with daily updates (hourly when required) about their progress. The team are proactive, communicative, responsive and are all super helpful and just a genuinely great bunch of people.I have another property to sell within the coming months and I most certainly will be going straight back to RMS - I know I will be looked after!!Again, a massive thank you to you all. You are a dream team and I couldn't have done it without you.

Fantastic mortgage Advisor

The biggest thank you to Alistar, he was amazing from start to finish. Im so glad i was recommended him by several people. Having a little bit of a complex mortgage case with not much idea how things work he always explained everything to me perfectly even when solicitors weren't staying in contact. Its extremely reassuring knowing that he offers support when it come time to remortgage after your fixed term ends. I couldn't be happier with the service & would 100% recommended and use him again!

Recent sale and purchase via RMS Blyth. Service was excellent. Sale - valuation and management of viewings was very good. Only people with genuine interest came for viewings which was really appreciated and indicates Rook clearly match the right people to the right properties. Property sold within 1-1.5 weeks.Purchase was also through Rook. Rook have the vast majority of properties on their book in the area so being on their active purchaser list was highly advantageous. We were proactively invited to viewing properties that met our requirements and our timelines. No hard sell or pushy tactics - all highly professional in their approach backed up with detailed insight and understanding of the local area. This gives you confidence when buying through them.Despite this being an extremely busy office the team are great and there is a personal touch to their service. They really do work hard to make the sale and purchase process as simple as possible. Thank you RMS Blyth for all your help and support!

After listening to all three and, after careful consideration, I went with Rookmatthewsayer. David Jones at the GOSFORTH branch is a professional and knows this market well. We'd like to recommend Alistair Bowman as a mortgage advisor. He's helped us with (re)mortgages for a few years now and recently he helped us with the finances around selling and buying. Alistair is an extremely professional and hardworking advisor. Not only is he approachable and always there when you need him, he's also following up with you on a regular basis to see how things are progressing. You do feel that he cares for his clients and you're not only a pay check at the end of the process. When we needed to renew our mortgage offer due to overly long waiting times in the buying process he had it extended in minutes. He had the ball rolling for the fund transfer at the end of the purchase before we were even advised to start the transfer by the solicitors. He seems always on top of the game, which is superb.
