They were responsive to all my highly anxious queries and did everything they can to help us complete before Christmas! We was slightly weary of using a local estate agent instead of a main stream one but very happy that we did as it saved us lots of money on estate agent fees and we received a very good service! GoogleBought my own house and one other as an investment from Able Estates. The Sales team work hard to update you all the through the proces up to completion. Very friendly staff who go the extra mile for you. Very happy to recommend them. My 2nd property is manged by Able Esates. The team of ladies are just the best. Louise really knows her stuff, I trust that she and here team are always working with my best interests at heart. I'm left with time for my own life & family. If you ever do need a new managing agent, you won't go wrong with Able.

GoogleLandlords are given far too much leeway on what repairs are carried out so inspections are very one sided in favour of Landlords. Don't you dare be late with a rent payment though because all hell will let lose!NegativeValue

Dear Steve, Thank you for your comments. The periodic visits are carried out on behalf of the Landlords and we do report back as to what we see and any issues reported at the time. I think it's a little strong to say that 'all hell will let loose' if your rent is not paid, when actually all that is sent is a reminder email. Also, in your particular case your Landlord has been very flexible allowing the rent to be paid every two weeks. Your tenancy has been in place since 2014 but if you are unhappy in any respect please do not hesitate to let me know by email Louise

The agent that came to show us the viewing sugar coated the property and been a 1st time timer he misled me in bidding and we had to bid extra 30k for a property not worth it. Everything in the house were outdated e.g consumer unit, no insulation in the loft which makes the house too hot, asbestos, drainage(too bad)

GoogleI have use Able's 'full management' service to manage two BTL properties for a number of years and have been very happy with their service. I've been unlucky to have a few difficult tenants over the time and the management team have been fantastic with managing issues.
