GoogleAfter a BAD experience with a dishonest Agent I was obv v nervous in passing on my property into Able Estates hands. A good agent is worth their weight in gold (Just ask any Landlord!). Able made the process of switching agents mid tenancy a breeze. Every question answered + the entire team was extremely helpful. I'm SUPER happy with their service and HIGHLY recommend Able Estates to any Landlord considering changing Agents.

GoogleAvoid at all cost, my partner and I have had problems with Able Estates from the beginning of our tenancy. They have ignored reported issues and complaints numerous times and constantly fob you off when you try to speak to someone on the phone. Thank you for your review. As I am sure you can appreciate the Property Management team have been working remotely due to Covid-19 which is why the phones are not activated, however I understand that you called the Abbey Wood sales office and was able to address the issues with a Director at that point. We received two emails from you after that phone call and we responded within 24 hours to both of them. We have tried to resolve the issue and are now waiting for you to respond.

Tried renting a property with these but they kept messing us about left it to the very last day to tell us we hadnt got it and tried keeping the holding deposit we paid even though our references had passed its checks i think someone in the office purposely stopped us from getting it because i was contacted by their company goodlord that does all their checks telling me they had our tenancy documents ready to be signed after they told us we didnt get it.

GoogleCharinna who works in Property Management there is a credit to her company. She has the best interest of her customers at heart. An excellent experience working with her overall. If I were to continue to use this company to manage my property it would be largely because of the professionalism that I have seen in her.
