GoogleCouldn’t have give the team at Brian Cox a better review. They were so helpful in helping me sell my flat in a record 4(!) days! The team was very switched on, and have identified a list of potential buyers they could call even before the adverts were up. They were very helpful during the long transaction process too. I would highly recommend using Brian Cox when you are buying or selling properties in the Northolt area.

GoogleWorst service ever. I’d a conversation with the MD of this company regarding the new property as I’d a bad experience of one of their colleague regarding the property. Few days back I’ve submitted again query regarding property and no one is responding. Worst estate agent ever. Never choose this one. There are so many estate agents that are so nice and it was my bad that I was trying to contact you.

GoogleVery unprofessional, they promised to take out a property from market as my price was accepted by owner, after they increased the price, second time I received a brochure with a price for another property, after a few days they've emailed me an increased price. GoogleI had a viewing for a property and I liked the place so I gave them an offer which was the asking price. The next working they someone called me from the office and asked me what do you think about the property it was like they don't keep my details and my offer.the next day I called them and gave them my details to see what happened to my offer and they booked my for viewing!!!! It was like they have no idea what they are doing. I gave them an offer of the asking price but they told me there is a higher offer than mine and vender wants more money and they refused to tell me the highest offer and they told me it's confidential!!!! I was like you asking for more money but you don't tell me how much is the highest offer? How should I know how much do I have to increase my offer £5, £500 or £5000 ... I said ok I don't want that place. It was very dodgy .

GoogleThey do cheat on sellers, as i put an offer above asking price, they never presented that offer to the seller and property is under offer on less price than what i offered. Must be selling to some where they get benefit. There should make the process transparent!
